About me:
I'm a Singaporean and is studying in university
now. I will move on to the second year in my
university in August. I can speak and write both
English and Mandarin.
I love to watch Korean dramas, but limited to
those which are heart-warming, romantic and with
funny scenes.
After watching some dramas, I became interested
in the language and culture of South Korea. And
this interest intensified after I watched Sweet
18 and Lovers in Paris.
After my exams, which is ending in another
week's time, I will start to learn Korean
language from my friend.
About myself, I am living in an environment
which places a great deal of emphasis on
excellent grades. This shaped my character,
which is serious but I do know when to relax.
Otherwise I would have gone bonkers studying for
these 14 years!

About me:
I am a 17year old girl from Singapore (which is incidentally at
the tip of the malaysian peninsular, and NOT part of china). I
study in Raffles Junior College and am a Science student. My
interests are music(yes! i play the violin/viola and piano, and i
adore chamber music) and sports and playing puzzles and..(just
to name a few) languages. Up till last year, i used to take 3
languages in school - english, chinese and french. Now,
however, i do not take chinese and french anymore. :(
Recently, i watched Cinema Paradiso. And what really caught my
attention wasnt the plot or the underlying message of passion in
whatever we do, but really, the beautiful italian language. I tried
to pick up some basic italian from online sites some time last
year but got too busy. After Cinema Paradiso, am really inspired
to learn some italian and hence wld like to find an italian penpal. |
