About me:
I am a dynamic individual who has seen and
experienced much all around the world, only to
thirst for more...! I am impatient with myself,
to the extent that I push myself to understand
and master new domains almost continuously. I
consider this a blessing and a curse, but I
enjoy the way it helps me to keep moving
forward and to make the best out of daily
interactions and meeting new people!
I have a demanding but very interesting job and
lifestyle, but in all this a balance needs to
be maintained (as ever). As such, I will enjoy
sitting down with a good book or contemplating
a breathtaking vista with just as much
enthusiasm as striving to not only complete a
goal, but to excel at it. The only condition is
to maintain a positive mindset and to stay
motivated. This is where my environment is
crucial, and why the people I interact with in
my life are so important.
All this to say, in a roundabout way, that what
I am looking for is to keep working on myself
in a good way, and if possible, to do it with
those around me.
Remove the time factor, and respect the laws of
physics, and anything is possible! But it is
easier to attain collectively than by one's own
lonely pilgrimage.

I am looking for a serious Penpal who wishes to
debate, share, and contemplate such
potentially-intensive subjects as those evoked
in the previous section "Describe yourself". I
know this is not for everyone, and hope this
profile serves as a banner, and a warning, to
prospective Penpals.
But one mustn't despair, these is much to also
be taken lightly and to be joked about (nb: I
thoroughly enjoy cynical humour and well dosed
sarcasm).
I think I have my own fair share of advice, and
I like to help people, so it would not be wrong
to say that I am not against developing a
friendship of sorts that can develop at its own
pace over subsequent exchanges.
Why look for a penpal? I think everyone will
agree with me at least on the fact that it is
never easy to meet truly interesting people who
are open to the possibility of getting to know
and share with someone new. As such, it would
be a shame not to make the most of internet's
greatest qualities : geographical distance
indifference, enormous communities and sharing
platforms, no borders, and almost real-time
responses. I would hate to waste my time (and
money) writing and sending letters to local
community notice boards around the world as an
alternative...
NO... swearing (unless justified), unwarranted
abbreviations (languages are massacred enough
as it is already), spam, prejudices, racism.
The profile of a penpal I am looking to get in
contact with : young adult (24-35) already in
the working world, adventurous, likes to
travel, and enjoys sports (last point gives
away a lot about a person's character!).
NB : It is possible to correspond in French
(native fluency), but I much prefer word-
