About me:
I'm always trying to find ways to be creative, I
just haven't quite pinned down my niche yet.
HitRecord.org is becoming one of my favourite
sites because of this. I love to read and listen
to all sorts of music (I'm just beginning to
experience French music, and it's making me swoon
LOL). I'm learning to become a dog trainer, and am
looking forward to such a fun career. Currently I
have a boxer who is about 1.5 years old, and
adorable as all hell. I have many quirks, and I'm
kind of a dork. But I don't mind! |

About the penpal I'd like:
I would love to find a penpal in France, as I am
trying to learn more French (as well as learn more
about the culture). This is not a necessity,
however. I am looking for a true friend, who can
be both serious and funny. Personally, I am an
atheist, but am not opposed to writing to a
spiritual person. I'm a very open person, so
pretty much anything goes! |

About the penpal I'd like:
I'd preferably like a girl pen pal since I like
talking about feelings, etc. I'd like someone who
would want to keep contact often. A lot of people
say they're busy, but I'm pretty busy too but
somehow always find time to open up my mails in
the morning or night. I would like to talk with
someone who would want to be close, I mean not a
stranger, talk about personal things and not
necessarily just politics or something :P But I'll
talk about anything too. Someone from Canada would
be cool. I've been living in Sweden for the past 3
years, and I never really gave much thought to
Canada as I grew up there and I'd sort of like to

About me:
Hey guys!
So... I'm Jacqui, I'm Australian born and lived until just recently
moved to Canada at the end of 2008. I've worked mostly within
supermarkets as a Produce assistant/Manager. (in Australia,
Whistler and Fort McMurray)
I love produce! I love that I get to present my fruit and veg in all
their colours and glory so nicely and that it feeds the people that
buy it. Everybody needs fruit and veg to survive!
I love any stories, about anything... I'm a really good listener and
a really good friend if you let me! I'm usually shy with a lot of
people until I get to know them, or if I have a friend around me
that brings out the best in me!
I used to be super fit! (When I lived back home) But since Canada
I have been a litte lazy! And getting my way back into shape.
I love to have an alcoholic beverage on occasion, but I don't like
to get really drunk anymore. I find my nights where I have a
good group of people and we sit around and talk instead of
hanging at a nightclub where you can't hear each other - is best.
But I do miss my girls from home and when we would go dance!
My boyfriend and I have a mound of TV shows and Movies. My
favourites would be to watch the TV shows. (Never used to be a
fan of TV til I met this guy!) I feel you get more attached to
people in the serious, and you focus a lot more on whats
happening - compared to a movie being short with limited time
to figure out everything. (But I do love a good movie!)
Some fave TV shows would be: True Blood, (so cheesy but extra
wicked! I tend to guess almost everything on it to so it's a good
laugh for me!), Big Bang Theory (Sheldon makes that show),
Dexter's first 3 seasons are good, 4th season - too cheese, the
ending definately made it though. I am excited to watch the 5th
though.
Also probably my all time Favourite! BREAKING BAD! Wicked!
Great actors, so believable, great plots, very easily to become
emotionally attached to the characters. It is awesome!

I love meeting new people and hearing all about them and what
they do, and their beliefs. (I'm not religious but I completely
respect anyones opinion on anything! I see from everybody's
point of view)
I'm moving to Calgary for the winter too, where I wont know
anyone but my BF and his buddies, so to have my own would be
awesome if you live around there! :)
I'm a very nice, lovable and friendly person! I don't judge anyone
unless they themselves complain about everything in life. (I can't
stand complainers that just want to complain and not do
anything about it!)

Overall, I am drawn to someone who has a positive
outlook on life. It would be great to communicate
with someone that not only shares my thoughts and
feelings, but can also add a different perspective
to the way I view or do things. I honestly don't
need a carbon copy of myself. I value differences
of opinions. I do not choose to establish
friendships with pessimistic people. I keep my
distance from those who are eternally miserable. I
don't mind when someone shares negative feelings.
However, I can't stand someone who lives with
constant aggravation or sorrow. Overall, I want a
penpal who is willing to share their heart. Please
be sincere and able to put enough of yourself out
there to give me something to grab onto. It would

About me:
Whenever I get asked to do this I never really
know what to type- a list of normal, more obvious
things to say come to mind, but I guess the first
thing you need to know about me is that I'm not
normal. I'm a young naive Canadian living in
Manitoba and have a strong ambition for writing
and reading stories, traveling the world and
performing in front of a large amount of people.
Some people could call me an attention whore, but
really I'm just Simmy. :) My friends and family
are a big part of my life, but lately things with
my family has been hard and my friends are
distant. I suppose that's why I'm applying for a
pen pal; I just really need someone to talk to. I
have two older sisters, a younger brother and two
parents who are deeply in love. I have two best
friends, Brianna and Shayla, who are fun and
bubbly. But somehow having all these people in my
life only makes me more lonely.
I live in a lowly town in Manitoba, it has a
Wal-Mart and three pizza places, three main roads
and one snobby suburb. Life here is hard, don't
you want to hear about it? :P
I'm also a very good listener so if you have
problems and need someone to hear tell me all
